This property is definitely a 5 stars property, the apartment feels like a dream home it has a huge terrace with solid wood outdoor furniture’s, there is a table for 4 and two sun beds, the apartment also has a 48' Plasma, Teather system, Wi-Fi etc... Dubai Marina is a urban centre on the water, comparable to the most exclusive waterfront developments in the world's leading cities. Ideally positioned along Dubai's new growth corridor, Dubai Marina is the place where people meet, laugh, live and enjoy life to the full. Always alive, with the glittering Marina at its heart, Dubai Marina is unlike any other place, in Dubai, the Middle East and even the world. I do have also anothe apartment available in the same area.

Lovely apartment with all the amenities as promised. The property was clean and well maintained but the suite
was a bit grubby looking, it was cream suede like material! and would be impossible to keep clean if there was a large volume of guests. The balcony was large and had a lovely view of the marina.The building was very clean, quiet and the staff attentive and helpfull, pool spotless and never crowded, very peaceful. Still a lot of building work in this area as is with all of Dubai, will be great when finished, however front Marina area almost completed with lots to see and do.Loved Dubai. very hot!. fantastic shopping, amazing buildings, beaches and good food with so many choices.
Disliked the traffic and busy roads, scary! have to take a taxi everywhere but they are cheap and cool!
